Thank you for choosing our press-on nails! We’re dedicated to ensuring you have the best experience with our products. Please review our refund and exchange policy to understand our procedures and guidelines.

We cannot process returns or exchanges for sizing issues if a sizing kit was not purchased.

Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that custom orders, sizing kits, and products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and sending a replacement.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Press-on nails that have been used, opened, or altered, as well as sizing kits and final sale items, are not eligible for exchange.

Importance of Sizing Kits

To avoid sizing issues and ensure a perfect fit, we strongly recommend purchasing our sizing kit. The kit helps you determine your correct size and can prevent the need for exchanges or refunds due to sizing errors.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Refunds: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Exchanges: If the exchange is due to a defect or error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For exchanges based on preference or sizing issues without a sizing kit, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 Shipping Rates and Options

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across Canada & the US. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
